Generally great! I thought the level of documentation I had to provide was a little "excessive" given my credit score and the fact my current home mortgage is paid off and I have no debt. Otherwise, Michelle was always quick to respond to my questions and we eventually got everything completed.

Very helpful with advice and directing with how to go about the entire process.
